The Customer will act within the framework of the Distance Sales Contract terms and conditions concluded with Furn Design Indoor & Outdoor Furniture. All products on our Website represent sample products and our company does not carry out mass production of these products. Each product is individually produced according to the Customer's taste and needs. Therefore, the established distance sales contract regulates the production and sale of personalized products according to the Customer's special requests and needs.

Cancellation Rights​

The Customer may request free cancellation or exchange for products that have not been produced within 2 days from the date of order. The provisions of the right of withdrawal apply to cancellation requests made after this period.

Delivery Time​

The products will be delivered within 30 business days from the confirmation of the order. This period may vary depending on the customization of the order and production processes.

Right of Withdrawal​

The Customer accepts that Furn Design Indoor & Outdoor Furniture does not trade in stock or mass production goods and that the products are specially produced according to the needs of the Customer. According to Article 15/1-b of the Distance Contracts Regulation, “Contracts regarding goods prepared in line with the wishes or personal needs of the consumer” constitute an exception to the right of withdrawal. Within this framework, as stated in the Contract, the Customer does not have the right of withdrawal for special production products. However, the Customer has a 14-day legal right of withdrawal for stock or mass production products. Stock or mass production goods are shown separately on the Website. Unless it is stated on the product page or offer form that the product is stock or mass production, the goods are in the category of special production prepared in line with the wishes and needs that do not qualify for the right of withdrawal.

Delivery and Shipping Fees​

In cases where the delivery is carried out by the company, no additional fee will be charged from the customer. However, in cases where the logistics services are provided by the company's business partners, the customer is obliged to pay the relevant shipping costs as stated in the contract and offer form. The products are delivered disassembled and assembled.

Payment Obligation​

In case the product price is not paid or is canceled in bank records, the company is exempt from the obligations of the production or delivery of the product.

Return Conditions​

The products to be returned must be sent with their original packaging, manual, invoice and labels, and must be undamaged and unused. The product must be returned after it is received. Unless the company makes an offer to take back the product, the Customer must send the product back to the seller company within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of notification of exercising the right of withdrawal. The Consumer is obliged to cover the return costs, not to exceed the delivery costs of the products, as agreed in the contract. If the products are transported with a carrier requested by the Consumer, the Consumer is fully responsible for the return costs. The Customer who requests the delivery of the products with a carrier other than the carrier to which the Company made the delivery and wants to return these products will be deemed to have accepted all responsibility for the products being delivered to the Company in a safe and complete manner. Otherwise, the seller company will not accept liability.

Return Process​

Payment for products whose return is approved will be made as soon as possible after the products reach the Company. The refund of payments made by credit card may vary depending on the working method of the relevant bank.

Electronic Confirmation​

The customer confirms electronically that he/she has read and understood the contract texts during the ordering and payment stages.
